Volleyball Recap: Boiling Springs Takes a Loss

Boiling Springs was the 3-1 winner over Bishop McDevitt when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Bubblers fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 3-2 on Monday. The Bubblers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Boiling Springs took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 23-25, 22-25, 25-19, 15-8.

Boiling Springs' loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Bishop McDevitt, their victory ended a five-match drought on the road and puts them at 7-9.

Boiling Springs has already played their next contest (against West Perry), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Bishop McDevitt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Northeastern on the 14th.
