Football Recap: Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley Comes Up Short

Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley suffered their biggest defeat since October 10, 2024 on Friday. They were outmatched by the Port Allegany Gators and fell 35-7. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley's biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Max Gallagher and Logan Skibinski certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Gallagher rushed for 150 yards while picking up 7.5 yards per carry, while Skibinski rushed for 66 yards and one touchdown.

Having lost for the first time this season, Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley fell to 8-1. As for Port Allegany, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.
