Basketball Recap: Loranger Wolves vs. Amite Warriors
Loranger took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday (and then some). They blew past the Amite Warriors 63-42. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wolves also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Amite lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jaden Moore, who scored two points in addition to eight steals and two blocks. What's more, Moore also posted a 25% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's posted since back in December of 2023. Another player making a difference was Javan Lewis, who posted nine points plus seven rebounds.
Loranger will challenge Hammond at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Amite, they will face off against Livonia at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
