Baseball Recap: Perry Central Takes a Loss

Perry Central and Southeast Lauderdale squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Perry Central had to settle for second. They lost 11-1 to the Tigers.

Perry Central saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ethan Martin, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Perry Central's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Southeast Lauderdale, their win bumped their record up to 26-3-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Tigers beat Perry Central by a score of 9-5 on Saturday.
