Tecumseh won the last time they faced Jackson and things went their way  on Monday too. The Indians put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp  19-1 victory. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by six  runs or more this season.
 Laura Nadeau made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She  pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Nadeau was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-2 with two  runs and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Emma Eldred, who  got on base  in all four of her plate appearances with one  home run, three  runs,  and three  RBI.  Aubree Barkway was another key player,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and two  RBI.
 Tecumseh  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .767. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
The  win  got Tecumseh back to even at 8-8. As for Jackson,  they are  on  a  21-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tecumseh will host Lincoln  at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Jackson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bedford  at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Kicking Mules' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6  runs per game  this season, so the Vikings' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
