Soccer Recap: White Oak Takes a Loss

White Oak's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Jacksonville Cardinals by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Jacksonville this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 back in September.

White Oak's goal came courtesy of Rocky Vinson, who's now up to ten this season.

White Oak's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8-2. As for Jacksonville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4-2 record this season.

White Oak didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 5-0 loss against J.H. Rose on the 16th. As for Jacksonville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 5-0 victory against South Central on the 16th.
