Raleigh HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 76-56 to the Central Carolina Prep Defenders. One positive for the Hawks, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Central Carolina Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jay Adams, who posted 26 points. Khalil Huntley was another key player, putting up 21 points.

Raleigh HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Central Carolina Prep, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-11.

Raleigh HomeSchool will face off against Liberty Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 16th. As for Central Carolina Prep, they will square off against Varsity Opponent at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
