Flag Football Game Preview: North Salinas Vikings vs. North Monterey County Condors + Official Tickets

The North Salinas Vikings are taking a road trip to face off against the North Monterey County Condors at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. North Salinas' offense hasn't had much luck over their past eight matchups, but Tuesday's contest will give them a chance to turn things around.

North Salinas came up short against Rancho San Juan on Thursday, falling 39-13.

Meanwhile, North Monterey County didn't have too much breathing room in their game against King City on Friday, but they still walked away with a 18-13 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Condors.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to North Monterey County's defense and their three sacks. In fact, those sacks all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Nalani Mendoza. She is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as she's now made five or more in each of the last three games she's played.

North Monterey County's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for North Salinas, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-11.

North Salinas took a serious blow against North Monterey County when the teams last played back in September, falling 29-0. Can the Vikings avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
