There's no place like home for New Brockton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They took down the Graceville Tigers 71-57 on Monday. The Gamecocks' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Graceville saw an underclassman step up: freshman Mj Yeager posted 15 points along with seven assists and three steals. Bryson Reynolds was another key player, putting up 14 points.

New Brockton's victory ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-4. As for Graceville, they dropped their record down to 6-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

New Brockton has already played their next contest, a 73-37 loss against Luverne on the 10th. As for Graceville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 57-40 defeat against Geneva on the 10th.
