Jackson gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Fairland Dragons an 11-0 shutout. Fernando Villebrille was a massive factor in the win as he booted in four goals all by himself.

Jackson has already played their next matchup, a 4-1 defeat against Alexander on the 19th. As for Fairland, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-2 loss against Gallia Academy on the 21st.
