Kade Smith Drops League-Best Effort on Friday
Starting off the list is Hutchinson's Kade Smith, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Smith rushed for 205 yards and three touchdowns. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 91-yard run.
For the year, Smith has run in 10 touchdowns while averaging 170.6 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 65.43 rushing yards per game.

Terrell King posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 112 yards and three touchdowns on only six carries.

Derby Gets a Boost from Finley in 51-7 Win
Derby picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Arieus Finley.
