Greenville lost against Slippery Rock back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Trojans lost 3-0 to the Rockets. Greenville have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greenville's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Slippery Rock, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.

Greenville has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Hickory on the 22nd. As for Slippery Rock, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 4-1 win against Sharon on the 24th.
