With a playoff win on the line, Brea Olinda rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Lakewood Lancers with a sharp 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Brea Olinda never let Lakewood on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-17, 25-17.

Brea Olinda's record now sits at 17-12. As for Lakewood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-18 record this season.

As of now, neither Brea Olinda nor Lakewood have any future games scheduled.
