Volleyball Recap: Charles Wright Comes Up Short

Charles Wright was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Cascade Christian Cougars. The Tarriers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cougars from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Charles Wright took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-13, 25-17.

Charles Wright's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Cascade Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Charles Wright will square off against Auburn at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cascade Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Annie Wright at 6:30 p.m.
