Coral Springs won the last time they faced Fort Lauderdale and things went their way on Monday too. Everything went the Coral Springs Colts' way against the Fort Lauderdale Flying L's as the Coral Springs Colts made off with a 58-38 win. The Colts have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Coral Springs to victory, but perhaps none more so than Camryn Smith, who went 8 for 17 on her way to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Trinety Dajuste, who posted 12 points along with eight boards and four blocks.

Several Flying L's players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Taylor Powell, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Azaziah Evans-Blake was another key player, putting up 13 points and eight boards.

The victory made it two in a row for Coral Springs and bumps their season record up to 13-7. As for Fort Lauderdale, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-6.

Coral Springs will square off against Nova at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Nova is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.5 points per game this season. Fort Lauderdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
