Harper Woods put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They didn't even let the Southeastern Jungaleers on the board, marking the Pioneers' second-straight 13-0 shutout. While the Pioneers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-23), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The team relied heavily on Kameron Garfield, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. Garfield is crushing it when it comes to stolen bases: he's snagged at least one every time he's taken the field this season. Kwintyn Powers was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one double.

Harper Woods was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .538. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Harper Woods' win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Southeastern, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-5.

Coming up, Harper Woods will be playing at home against Royal Oak at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Ravens have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.25 runs per game on average), something the Pioneers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Southeastern, they will face off against East English Village Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
