Basketball Game Preview: Evansville Bosse Bulldogs vs. Evansville North Huskies

The Evansville Bosse Bulldogs and the Evansville North Huskies will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Evansville Bosse is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Castle on Thursday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Evansville Bosse came up short against Castle, falling 61-37. The matchup marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Evansville North was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 44-40 to Southridge. While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 125th, while the Raiders are ranked 35th).

Evansville North has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-10 record this season. As for Evansville Bosse, their loss dropped their record down to 8-10.
