Basketball Recap: Borger Bulldogs vs. Perryton Rangers
Borger was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 65-63 heartbreaker at the hands of the Perryton Rangers. The Bulldogs lost against the Rangers in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 74-45 score last time.

Despite the loss, Borger still got an impressive performance from Tahqulin Brooks, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 22 rebounds.
