Basketball Game Preview: South Garner Titans vs. Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs

The South Garner Titans will square off against the Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

South Garner came up short against Garner on Friday, falling 75-52. The defeat continues a trend for the Titans in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now lost nine in a row.

Meanwhile, Southeast Raleigh beat Fuquay - Varina 65-56 on Friday. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 159th, while the Bengals are ranked 363rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Southeast Raleigh's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-7. As for South Garner, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.

Everything went South Garner's way against Southeast Raleigh in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, as South Garner made off with a 75-52 victory.
