Football Recap: Zack Bollock Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Steamboat Springs + How To Watch

Glenwood Springs lost to Steamboat Springs back in November of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Demons came out on top against the Sailors by a score of 30-21. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Demons.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Glenwood Springs to victory, but perhaps none more so than Zack Bollock, who rushed for 85 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries. That's the most rushing yards Bollock has posted since back in November of 2024. Landon Triebel was in the mix too, providing Glenwood Springs with one TD.

Steamboat Springs' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tanner Cobb, who threw for 164 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also rushed for 30 yards and one score. The Sailors' leading receiver Cohen Vanderbosch was Cobb's top target yet again, picking up 109 receiving yards and one TD.

Glenwood Springs now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Steamboat Springs, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4.
