Softball Recap: Lakeland Eagles vs. Fenton Tigers

Fenton typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Lakeland proved too difficult a challenge. They had just enough and edged the Fenton Tigers out 4-3. That's two games straight that Lakeland has won by just one run.

Haley Stein looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched.

On the hitting side, Nathalie Hagle was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Brynn Taliercio was another key contributor, going 1-for-4 with a triple, a run, and an RBI.
