Soccer Game Preview: Bessemer City vs. East Gaston + How To Watch

The Bessemer City Yellow Jackets will challenge the East Gaston Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Bessemer City is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.

Things were looking good for Bessemer City after they put the first goal on the board on Wednesday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Shelby by a score of 3-2. Bessemer City have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Geneus Evens and Yair Avila scored both of Bessemer City's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 36 goals.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, East Gaston was not quite West Lincoln's equal in the second half on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Rebels by a score of 2-1.
