Last week - def. Bergen Catholic (Denville, NJ) 80-24; def. Life Center Academy (Burlington, NJ), 73-43, def. New Brunswick, 93-19.
Highlights - Mike Rosario had 20 points while Dominic Cheek had 14 and Tyshawn Taylor had 11 in the rout of Bergen Catholic. Cheek posted 16 points in the win over Life Center Academy while Rosario notched 16 against New Brunswick.
Who's Next - Monmouth Academy (Howell, NJ), Jan. 19.
2. Mater Dei (Santa Ana) 18-0
Last week - def. JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano), 85-70; def. Santa Margarita (Rancho Santa Margarita), 74-61.
Highlights - The Monarchs got 30 points from Gary Franklin against JSerra while David Wear and Franklin both cashed in for 21 points in the win over Santa Margarita.
Who's Next - at St. John Bosco (Bellflower), Jan. 16; at Lutheran (Orange), Jan. 18; at White Rock (British Colombia), Jan. 21.
3. St. Benedict's Prep (Newark) 14-1
Last week - lost to Academy of New Church (Bryn Athyn, PA), 53-50; def. Rice (New York), 55-52.
Highlights - Tamir Jackson paced St. Benedict's in the loss to New Church with 22 points. Greg Echenique popped for 15 in the Rice win.
Who's Next - Paterson Catholic, Jan. 19.
4. Archbishop Mitty (San Jose) 14-0
Last week - def. St. Francis (Mountain View), 73-64; def. St. Ignatius (San Francisco), 50-43; def. Sacred Heart Cathedral (San Francisoc), 80-64.
Highlights - Collin Chiverton came up big in wins over St. Ignatius and Sacred Heart Cathedral, scoring 22 and 17 points respectively. Angelo Caloiaro paced the Monarchs with 20 points against St. Francis.
Who's Next - at Riordan (San Francisco), Jan. 18; vs. Holy Cross (Flushing, NY), Jan. 21.
5. Gonzaga (Washington DC) 17-0
Last week - def. Paul VI (Fairfax, VA), 53-43; def. Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD), 61-48; def. Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA), 69-54.
Highlights - Ian Hummer played well last week, leading Gonzaga to three wins. He had 17 points against Bishop Ireton, 22 against Bishop McNamara and 12 against Paul VI. Cameron Johnson led Gonzaga in the Paul VI win with 13 points.
Who's Next - at Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD), Jan. 18.
6. Duncanville 23-1
Last week - def. Martin (Arlington), 59-50; def. De Soto, 64-61.
Highlights - Roger Franklin tore up the nets for 25 points in the victory over De Soto while Shawn Williams scored 18 in the Martin win.
Who's Next - Cedar Hill, Jan. 18.
7. Holy Cross (Flushing) 10-2
Last week - def. Xavierian (Brooklyn), 66-49.
Highlights - Sylven Landesberg poured in 23 points and Kayvon Roberts notched 20 to beat Xavierian.
Who's Next - at Archbishop Molloy (Queens), Jan. 18; vs. Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA), Jan. 21.
8. Hopkins (Minnetonka) 11-0
Last week - def. Johnson/City Academy (St. Paul), 87-40; def. Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN), 79-48.
Highlights - Raymond Coles led five players in double figures with 17 points in the win over Johnson Mike Broghammer paced the team with 16 points against Holy Family Catholic.
Who's Next - Burnesville, Jan. 18.
9. Bishop Miege (Shawnee Mission) 6-0
Last week - def. Blue Valley North 74-44.
Highlights - Travis Releford topped Bishop Miege with 22 points in the big win over Blue Valley North.
Who's Next - at Thomas Aquinas Tournament, Jan. 17-19.
10. Bellevue West (Bellevue) 13-0
Last week - def. Omaha South 90-41, def. Burke (Omaha, NE), 65-46.
Highlights - Shomari Wellington had 22 points and Antoine Young added 18 in the win over Burke. Against
Omaha South, Jeff Allgood led the team with 19 points.
Who's Next - at Omaha Central, Jan. 18; Millard North, Jan. 19.
11. Dominguez (Compton) 11-2
Last week - def. Gahr (Cerritos), 67-63; def. Downey, 75-35.
Highlights - Darrell Espy hit six 3-pointers and scored 24 points in the win over Gahr. Kevin Smith had 18 points in the rout of Downey.
Who's Next - at Lynwood, Jan. 18.
12. Bishop Heelan Catholic (Sioux City) 10-0
Last week - def. Sergeant Bluff-Luton, 62-43; def. Jefferson (Council Bluffs), 68-46.
Highlights - Brennan Cougill had 13 points and 10 rebounds against SBL. John Daniels had 15 pints in the win over Jefferson while Cougill added 14.
Who's Next - Rock Valley, Jan. 19.
13. Rice (New York) 8-2
Last week - def. St. Raymond Boys (Bronx), 81-74; lost to St. Benedict's Prep (Newark), 55-52; def. Iona Prep B (New Rochelle), 62-48.
Highlights - Kemba Walker had big games for Rice, scoring 29 in a win over St. Raymond's and 18 in the loss to St. Benedict's Prep.
Who's Next - at Cathedral Prep (Erie, PA), Jan. 18.
14. Westchester (Los Angeles) 16-2
Last week - def. LACES (Los Angeles), 81-36; def. University 83-46.
Highlights - Dwayne Polee led the way for Westchester with 16 points against LACES. Oscar Bellfield hit five 3-pointers and had 20 points in the University victory.
Who's Next - at Fairfax (Los Angeles), Jan. 18.
15. Chester 14-1
Last week - def. Sun Valley (Aston, PA), 104-25; def. Harriton (Rosemont, PA), 68-42; def. Ocean Lakes (Virginia Beach, VA), 95-52.
Highlights - In a crushing win over Sun Valley, Kevin Green-Germany led the way with 23 points. Chester also defeated Harrison with Nasir Robinson scoring 20 points. He also led the Clippers in a win over Ocean Lakes with 22 points.
Who's Next - Monteverde Academy (Montverde, FL), Jan. 19.
16. Lexington Catholic (Lexington) 13-2
Last week - def. Modesto Christian (Modesto, CA), 59-57.
Highlights - Taylor Stewart had 21 points and hit the gamewinning shot to lift the Knights over the Crusaders.

17. Kennedy (Cedar Rapids) 11-0
Last week - def. Jefferson (Cedar Rapids), 63-47; def. Waterloo East, 57-52.
Highlights - Kaylon Williams tossed in 13 points and Demetreus Johnson scored 10 in the win over Waterloo.

18. North Crowley (Fort Worth) 23-1
Last week - def. Mansfield Timberview (Arlington), 89-72; def. Weatherford, 72-54.
Highlights - Willie Warren scored 20 points in the win over Mansfield Timberview.

19. Word of God Christian Academy (Raleigh) 15-0
Last week - def. Trinity Christian (Fayetteville, NC), 67-62; def. Macdonald Academy (Red Springs, NC), 74-35.
Highlights - Milton Chavis had 20 points in a win over Trinity Christian while Lance Beckwith tossed in 15 in a victory against MacDonald Academy.

20. Highland Park (Topeka) 6-0
Last week - def. Leavenworth, 53-47; def. Manhattan, 69-39; def. Emporia, 51-32.
Highlights - Rico Richardson had 14 points in the win over Leavenworth and had 18 against Manhattan.
