Soccer Recap: David Thibodaux Comes Up Short

David Thibodaux lost to Lafayette back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Lions by a score of 3-2.

David Thibodaux's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4-1. As for Lafayette, their victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-7-2.

David Thibodaux and Lafayette will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Bulldogs are set to square off against their familiar foe Teurlings Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lafayette will take on rival Barbe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
