Baseball Recap: Duluth East Greyhounds vs. Coon Rapids Cardinals
Duluth East was the 7-5 winner over Coon Rapids when they last played one another back in May of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Duluth East Greyhounds fell just short of the Coon Rapids Cardinals by a score of 5-4 on Thursday.
Bjorn Lind made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Duluth East's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Coon Rapids, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-8.
As of now, neither Duluth East nor Coon Rapids have any future games scheduled.
