Lamar extended the longest winning streak in Big 8 this week by beating Lawson, 42-0. The victory was the ninth in a row for the team.
Lamar took down the Cardinals 42-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
On the heels of Payton Rawlins and Braxton Graham, Seneca has had great success on offense. Rawlins leads the league in passing with 2,865 yards, while Graham has rushed for 2,896 yards this season. Tops in the league in receiving yards is Carl Junction's Matt Magee, with 1,001 yards on 63 catches.
Scott Bailey's team made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 462 from 704. The advance stemmed from a 42-0 victory over Lawson last week.
