Softball Recap: Island Coast Gators vs. North Port Bobcats
Island Coast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell victim to a tough 20-2 defeat at the hands of the North Port Bobcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Island Coast of the 23-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March.

On North Port's side, Lauren Boff made a splash no matter where she played. As for North Port, they will head out on the road to challenge Cypress Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. North Port is no doubt hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
