After starting their season with three straight games on the road, Pine Creek is finally coming home. They will look to take advantage of their home-field as they take on the Arapahoe Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Last Friday, Pine Creek took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 41-14 win over Loveland. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado football rankings (they are ranked ninth, while the Red Wolves are ranked 57th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cameron Cooper went supernova for Pine Creek, throwing for 119 yards and two touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushing for 41 yards and a touchdown. Another player making a difference was Caleb Petree, who rushed for 69 yards and a touchdown.

Meanwhile, while Arapahoe put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for ThunderRidge. Arapahoe breezed by ThunderRidge at home to the tune of 48-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arapahoe to victory, but perhaps none more so than Marcello Jaramillo, who rushed for 123 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. Jaramillo got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 85 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Mitchell Price, who threw for 303 yards and three touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Arapahoe was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 241 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as ThunderRidge only rushed for 90.

Arapahoe's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Lance Derby and Sam Johnson. Johnson is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made six or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.

Pine Creek now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Arapahoe, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.
