The Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas Falcons took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday (and then some). They blew past Cristo Rey St. Viator 63-2 at home.
Riley Ladislao had a dynamite game for Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas, scoring 25 points along with 9 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Bella Robinson , who scored 12 points along with 8 rebounds and 7 steals.
Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas' win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Cristo Rey St. Viator, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas will challenge Coronado at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Allowing an average of 62.5 points per game, Coronado has struggled on the defensive end, but that doesn't have to be the case in this contest. As for Cristo Rey St. Viator, they will head out on the road to face off against Mountain View Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
