West Fork came into Thursday's match having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They put the hurt on the MacArthur Generals with a sharp 8-2 victory on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-0 two weeks ago.

West Fork's win was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Elysia Gonzalez, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Jazmine Saucedo was another, scoring a run and stealing two bases.

The victory got West Fork back to even at 5-5. As for MacArthur, their record is now 1-6-1.

West Fork has already played their next game, a 16-3 win against Humble on the 27th. As for MacArthur, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Shepherd on the 27th.
