Baseball Recap: Pleasant Ridge Takes a Loss

Pleasant Ridge lost against Valley Falls on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Rams lost 14-7 to the Dragons. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Josh Herndon made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run.

Pleasant Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for Valley Falls, the win keeps they at an undefeated 10-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pleasant Ridge will host Jackson Heights at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cobras will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last. As for Valley Falls, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Marys at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
