Rangely was the 10-0 winner over Olathe when they last played one another back in May of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers lost 19-7 to the Pirates on Thursday. Even though they lost, the Panthers' still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.2 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Marcos Quintana made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one run.

Rangely now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Olathe, their victory bumped their record up to 9-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Rangely will challenge rival Cedaredge at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Panthers have a tough task ahead: they'll enter the match with three straight losses, while the Bruins will come in with seven straight wins. Meanwhile, Olathe is set to square off against their familiar foe North Fork at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
