Soccer Recap: Shepard Comes Up Short

Shepard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Tinley Park Titans, falling 6-0. If Shepard were looking for revenge after losing 5-0 to Tinley Park when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Shepard's loss dropped their record down to 2-11-1. As for Tinley Park, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Coming up, Shepard will welcome Blue Island Eisenhower at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tinley Park, they will venture away from home to square off against St. Laurence at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
