Soccer Recap: Monterey Comes Up Short

Monterey came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the White House-Heritage Patriots, falling 7-1.

Monterey's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6-1. As for White House-Heritage, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-10-2 record this season.

As of now, neither Monterey nor White House-Heritage have any future games scheduled.
