Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Victory Is Classical Academy's Eighth in Last Ten Outings

Classical Academy won the last time they faced Vista Murrieta and things went their way on Saturday too. Classical Academy came out on top against Vista Murrieta by a score of 2-0.

Dane Roblee paced Classical Academy's offense, picking up 13 kills. Roblee got some help from Joshua Marion and his 15 assists.

Classical Academy has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season. This is the second loss in a row for Vista Murrieta and nudges their season record down to 11-12.

Classical Academy and Vista Murrieta should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Classical Academy will challenge Pacific Ridge at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday up 234 places (48 vs. 282). Meanwhile, Vista Murrieta (ranked 228th) will meet Murrieta Valley (ranked 480th) at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
