Basketball Recap: Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees vs. West Oso Bears
Tuloso-Midway lost against West Oso back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees took a 52-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Oso Bears.
West Oso's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Amarre Sanders led the charge by going 7 for 12 en route to 17 points plus five assists and four steals. Sanders is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Jerald Harper, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds.
Tuloso-Midway's record now sits at 0-2. As for West Oso, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
