Volleyball Recap: Academy of Science and Innovation Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Academy of Science and Innovation couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Hale Ray Noises on Friday, falling 3-0.

Phoebe Candy paced Academy of Science and Innovation's offense, picking up five kills. Candy got some help from Alisa Kandic and her seven assists. Symber Sutton controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Academy of Science and Innovation's loss dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Hale Ray, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season.

Academy of Science and Innovation does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hale Ray, they will face off against Canton on Tuesday.
