Palmyra proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 19) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Mastery Warrior 11-9. The victory was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on four straight.

Meanwhile, Smith pitched two innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Peltz is becoming a predictor of Palmyra's success: when he allows at most two hits the team is 2-1 (and 4-6 when he doesn't).
