Ferndale had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 39 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 72-26 victory over the Redford Union Panthers. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 205th, while the Panthers are ranked 582nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Ferndale's win bumped their record up to 10-15. As for Redford Union, their loss dropped their record down to 7-18.
