Baseball Recap: Corydon Central Comes Up Short

The Corydon Central Panthers didn't have quite enough to beat the Tecumseh Braves on Saturday and fell 4-3. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Corydon Central's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Tecumseh, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-16-1 record this season.

Corydon Central will square off against Charlestown at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Pirates have averaged an impressive 6.6 runs per game this season. As for Tecumseh, they will take on Evansville Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
