Soccer Game Preview: North Surry vs. Mount Airy + How To Watch

North Surry is 0-9-1 against Mount Airy since September of 2019 but things could change on Wednesday. The Greyhounds will be playing at home against the Granite Bears at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

North Surry took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They won by a goal and slipped past East Surry 2-1.

OLIVER FAJARDO and GIOVANNI MUNOZ-LOPEZ scored both of North Surry's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Meanwhile, Mount Airy waltzed into their match on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Wildcats 4-1. The result was nothing new for Mount Airy, who have now won five contests by three goals or more so far this season.

North Surry's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 6-5-3. As for Mount Airy, their win bumped their record up to 9-1.
