While Palmyra-Macedon's win against Midlakes wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Red Raiders narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Screaming Eagles 10-8. The Red Raiders haven't had any issues with the Screaming Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Palmyra-Macedon let Shelby Geer and Emma Cretelle run wild. Geer went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, two RBI, and one double, while Cretelle went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Savannah Schaffer was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Palmyra-Macedon's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Midlakes, they dropped their record down to 1-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Palmyra-Macedon will head out to challenge Mynderse Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
