Volleyball Recap: Oxford Find Success

Oxford's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top against the Dayspring Christian Academy Warriors by a score of 2-0.

Kaley Higgins paced Oxford's offense, picking up eight kills. Higgins got some help from Maycie Smith and her 14 assists. Smith was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Oxford now has a winning record of 2-1.

Oxford has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Coatesville on the 30th. As for Dayspring Christian Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Mount Calvary Christian at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th.
