Lake Highlands entered their tilt with Pearce on Saturday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0. The game was the first time the Wildcats have beaten the Mustangs on their court since October 8, 2021.

Lake Highlands' offense was headlined by Parker Horton and Lucy Holmes, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Carrigan Anderly and her 17 assists. Elle Holley controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Lake Highlands' victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Pearce, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

Lake Highlands has already played their next game (against Plano East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Pearce, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Plano on the 23rd.
