Baseball Recap: Williamstown Comes Up Short

Williamstown lost against Ludlow back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Demons came up short against the Panthers, falling 11-2. The Demons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Williamstown's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Ludlow, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-14.

Williamstown has already played their next matchup (against Carroll County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Ludlow, they will head out to take on Bishop Brossart at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Mustangs' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
