Soccer Game Preview: Yulee vs. First Coast

The Yulee Hornets will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the First Coast Buccaneers at 7:20 p.m. on Thursday.

Yulee managed to keep up with Fletcher until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Hornets lost 4-0 to the Senators.

Meanwhile, First Coast had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. Their defense stepped up to hand Raines an 8-0 shutout.

Yulee came out on top in a nail-biter against First Coast when the teams last played back in December of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Hornets repeat their success, or do the Buccaneers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
