Softball Recap: Academy of Careers & Exploration Wins Going Away Against Samueli Academy

Academy of Careers & Exploration not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since May 2, 2024. Everything went their way against the Samueli Academy Firewolves as the Academy of Careers & Exploration Eagle made off with a 16-1 win.

Izabella Sanchez was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over 4.2 innings pitched.
