Volleyball Recap: Lani Pinkerton and Carleigh Pfaff Secure Win for Flanagan-Cornell + How To Watch

Flanagan-Cornell lost to Clinton back in August of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Falcons walked away with a 2-0 win over the Maroons.

Flanagan-Cornell was led to victory by Carleigh Pfaff and Lani Pinkerton. Pfaff had 18 digs, while Pinkerton had three digs and two blocks. Those two blocks gave Pinkerton a new career-high.

Flanagan-Cornell has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. As for Clinton, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Flanagan-Cornell will take on Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Clinton, they will face off against Maroa-Forsyth at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
