Volleyball Recap: School Without Walls' Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Seven + How To Watch

School Without Walls had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Roosevelt Roughriders. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Penguins also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: School Without Walls took both sets by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-12.

School Without Walls can attribute much of their success to Elle Ericsson-White, who had six aces and three digs.

Ericsson-White wasn't the only good servers: School Without Walls was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 18 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces in nine consecutive matches.

School Without Walls' record now sits at 19-4. As for Roosevelt, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-9.

Coming up, School Without Walls will head out to face off against Washington International at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Roosevelt, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cardozo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
