Volleyball Recap: Newport Victorious

Newport won the last time they faced Klamath Union and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cubs came out on top against the Pelicans by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cubs.

Newport's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Klamath Union, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12-1.

Newport wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Eagle Point on the 18th. As for Klamath Union, they will face off against Henley at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
